Hello, everyone! Attached is the invitation for the 2013 OSA Awards Banquet. The banquet will be at Cherry Creek Golf Course again this year, on Tuesday, May 21st. Order forms must be mailed to the address on the form. Due Monday, May 6th. Please notice the changes for this year: Service Hours - If you need to fulfill your requirement and would like to purchase door prizes, you will receive credit for one service hour for every $25.00 gift or gift card.
